Mission Statement: The mission of Easterseals Arkansas is to empower people with disabilities to live, learn, work, and play in their communities.
Overview:
Easterseals Arkansas’ non-profit programs include:
- Little Rock Developmental Preschool
- Stuttgart Developmental Preschool
- Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Easterseals Academy
- Pediatric Feeding Disorders (PFD) clinic
- High-Risk Infant Monitoring
- Make the First Five County [assisting in the critical early years of child development through screening tools and resources]
- Pediatric Outpatient Therapy [offers comprehensive evaluations and treatment plans for children up to 18 years; guides families to the best medical and educational options available]
Services provided for children include:
- Little Rock Developmental Preschool provides early childhood and special education instruction; ancillary medical services; and physical, occupational, and speech-language therapies to children with and without disabilities ages three months to five years old.

Technology and Curriculum Access Center, Easter Seals Arkansas is a collaborative partnership between the Arkansas Department of Education’s Special Education Unit and Easter Seals of Arkansas. The TCC provides evaluation, consultation, equipment loans, and in-service training to meet the needs of children and young adults with disabilities. These services are provided at the Outpatient Services Center; on-site; and via web conferencing.

Easterseals’ Children’s Rehabilitation Center is a 40-bed inpatient rehabilitation program for children ages three to 18 who have orthopedic, neuromuscular, or developmental disabilities.

Grand Prairie Child Development Center of Easterseals Arkansas’ serves children from six weeks to pre-kindergarten. The Center provides a comprehensive curriculum including language, science, math, computer skills, art, and music. The Center is located in Stuttgart, Arkansas.

Infant Monitoring Program provides evaluation and therapy services for infants born with special needs. The IMP Team consists of a project coordinator, pediatric physical therapist, occupational therapist, and speech-language pathologist.

Outpatient Therapy of Easterseals Arkansas provides outpatient therapy services at its Outpatient Services Building on its main campus and at the Grand Prairie Child Development Center.

Home and Community Services of Easterseals provides a variety of services to support children and adults with developmental disabilities in the community. The primary goals of the program are to provide training in independent living skills and to prevent unnecessary placement in a more restrictive setting, such as an institution or nursing home.
Easter Seals’ main campus is located in West Little Rock. Grand Prairie Child Development Center is located approximately 60 miles from the main campus in Stuttgart, Arkansas. Additionally, Easter Seals Arkansas’ Outreach Program travels across the state providing evaluations, consultations, equipment loans, and in-service training to meet the needs of students with disabilities ages three through 21.
